What is the process of working together?
I like to make it simple. There are four steps:
- Discovery Call
- Review Services
- Contract Signed
- Receive Services
Discovery call
A call or virtual meeting to discuss your needs and goals to fulfill your desired marketing outcomes.
Review Services
Following the initial discovery call, Brittany will follow up with services and rates based on the discovery call discussion. An assessment can be provided.
Contract signed
Review the contract sent by BB Media Solutions and sign to accept services and payment listed.
Receive services
BB Media Solutions will meet discussed services and timelines as indicated in contract.

I have a bit of a custom request, can we do that?
Absolutely! During our discovery call, we will discuss your goals and vision. Following the call, I will provide an outline of how BB Media Solutions can optimize your business.
What is your turnaround time?
Each project is unique. Following the discovery call in which goals and timelines are discussed, BB Media Solutions will provide an outline of services and the timeframes it will take to complete the project. These services and timelines will be agreed upon together and listed in the contract.
